All digital products are for personal or business use only by the purchaser and must not be shared, distributed, resold, or redistributed without written consent.

All digital product sales are final and delivered electronically. Access or download links are provided upon successful payment through trusted third-party payment processors such as Etsy or Gumroad. CYVEER does not provide physical product delivery.

9. Services (Consulting, Writing, Cybersecurity, Career Services)

We offer a range of professional services including cybersecurity consulting, ISMS implementation advisory, policy and procedure development, technical writing, resume services, website security, and more. All services are delivered based on an agreed scope of work and timeline between CYVEER and the client. Engagement terms may vary by service and are communicated clearly before work begins.

All service engagements require client cooperation and timely response. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or postpone services if project requirements are unclear, abusive behavior occurs, or illegal activity is suspected. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on mutual agreement.

10. Payment Terms

All payments for digital products and services offered through CYVEER are processed securely via trusted third-party platforms including Gumroad and Etsy, which are powered by Stripe or similar payment providers. CYVEER does not directly process or store payment card information.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change at any time without notice. Taxes or transaction fees may be applied based on your region or payment method. By purchasing from CYVEER, you agree to abide by the terms and policies of the respective payment platform.

11. Use of Third-Party Platforms

CYVEER integrates third-party tools and platforms to deliver Services, including:

  • Gumroad and Etsy – for product delivery and payments

  • Email service providers – for newsletters and communication

12. Affiliate Program (CYVEER Affiliates)

CYVEER offers an optional affiliate program hosted on Gumroad, allowing individuals to earn commissions for referring customers. Participation is voluntary and governed by Gumroad’s Affiliate Terms. By joining the CYVEER Affiliate Program:

  • Affiliates must follow ethical promotional practices.
